<p><strong>Vita Sirica, <em>Tele2</em> Sabiedrisko attiecību vadītāja:</strong> &#8220;Šo akciju rīkoja Tele2 sadarbībā ar mediju aģentūru Inspired.</p>
<p>Mēs esam uzņēmums, kas ir drosmīgs savās mārketinga aktivitātēs, un esam gatavi drosmīgiem risinājumiem, kas padara dzīvi sabiedrībai un medijiem interesantāku. Vienlaikus skaidrs, ka mēs nekādā veidā neapdraudam Latvijas sabiedrību un uzņemamies finansiālas saistības par savām aktivitātēm.</p>
<p>Meteorīts ir daļa no Tele2 turpmākās komunikāciju kampaņas, par ko šobrīd plašākus komentārus sniegt mēs vēl nevaram. Bet mēs varam apsolīt, ka mums padomā ir Latvijas sabiedrībai patiesi pozitīvs risinājums. Un meteorīts šeit ir kā spilgta metafora, kas sakuļ ūdeņus mūsu publiskajā telpā un sabiedrības apziņā. Plašās sabiedrības diskusijas jau vien ir vērtība, tās liek aizdomāties par virkni Latvijas sabiedrībai aktuālu jautājumu, izceļ konfliktus un liek pamanīt ne būt ne tikai pozitīvas lietas. Taču mēs kā kompānija redzam veidu, kā varam dzīvi Latvijā darīt labāku.</p>
<p>Zvani uz mūsu klientu centru rāda, ka sabiedrībai šādas spilgtas uzņēmuma izpausmes patīk. Nenoliedzami ir cilvēki, kurus šī akcija ir aizskārusi, taču pozitīvais vilnis ir lielāks.&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>Ģirts Ozoliņš, <em>EuroRSCG Riga</em>: </strong>&#8220;Kampaņu nevaru vertēt, jo šī ir viena ativitāte, kurai patlaban nav redzams ne iemesls, ne atrisinājums. Bet redzams, ka Tele2 acīmredzami neizvērtēja visus iespējamos riskus un neparedzēja, ka tiks iesaistīti ne tikai mediji, bet arī speciālie dienesti un cerētais efekts pārvērtīsies drīzāk par defektu.</p>
<p>Tomēr visinteresantākā šajā gadījumā ir Latvijas centrālo mediju nekritiskā pieeja piegādātas informācijas kvalitātei. Ir daudzas aģentūras, kas specializējas uz vēlamā buzz radīšanu internet vidē, kur viegli var izplatīt baumas un versijas, tomēr centrālie mediji tomēr nedrīkstētu kļūt par viegli manipulējamiem nepārbaudītas informācijas izplatītājiem līdzīgi kā dzeltenā prese. Tas grauj jau tā zemo uzticēšanos medijiem. Katrā gadījumā šī aktivitāte lieliski nodemonstrēja jauno mediju spēku un kopējās tendences mediju patēriņa un satura veidošanas izmaiņās &#8211; no tradicionālajiem uz internetu. Diemžēl šoreiz tradicionālie mediji &#8220;dancoja pēc jauno mediju stabules&#8221;.&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>Andris Rubīns, <em>DDB Latvija</em>:</strong> &#8220;Vienmēr esmu bijis un būšu par svaigām, radošām, drosmīgām idejām un netradicionālu pieeju zīmolu veidošanā un komunikācijā, taču meteora kampaņas veidotāji ir manāmi aizrāvušies. Man ir grūti iedomāties, kā šāda mediju, valsts iestāžu un sabiedrības muļķošana diennakts garumā un tad pavisam nevainīga atzīšanās, varētu uzlabot Tele2 reputāciju un zīmola mīlestību.</p>
<p>Lai cik man simpātisks šķiet organizatoru mērķis iedvesmot Latvijas sabiedrību un radīt interesantus notikumus, taču šo mērķi pilnīgi noteikti bija iespējams saniegt caurspīdīgāk, cilvēciskāk un godīgāk. Taču acīmredzot vēlme sasniegt vēl nebijušu uzmanību iesaistītās personas tā apdullināja, ka neļāva apzināties ar to saistītos riskus un negatīvo rezonansi.</p>
<p>Domājot par šo viltus trauksmi, es atcerējos paša bērnībā tik vilinošo rotaļu, kad peldoties mēdzu tēlot slīkšanu un saukt “palīgā”, lai pēc tam smaidot teiktu, ka tas bija tikai joks. Vecāki tad parasti atgādināja, ka īstajā nelaimes brīdi neviens vairs nereaģēs, jo uzskatīs par kārtējo joku. Arī saviem bērniem cenšos mācīt atšķirt gaumīgu un muļķīgu joku, lai arī šī robeža ir trausla.</p>
<p>Nedomāju, ka ar šo vienu aktivitāti nodarīts kāds būtisks zaudējums Latvijas tēlam. Latvija šobrīd pasaulē saistās ar milzīgu bēdu ieleju, kam nu iespējams pievienots arī jokdaru bedres un pamuļķu zemes statuss.</p>
<p>Visbeidzot gribu visiem mārketinga pilsoņiem novēlēt pēc šī notikuma nekļūt konservatīviem, paralizētiem un garlaicīgiem, nezaudēt drosmi un humora izjūtu, turpināt meklēt jaunas mārketinga idejas un formas, tomēr nezaudēt atbildības sajūtu un neuzskatīt sabiedrību kā viegli manipulējamu aunu baru.&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>Anda Orlova, <em>Citrus Solutions</em> mārketinga vadītāja:</strong> &#8220;Šo mārketinga aktivitāti vērtēju divējādi &#8211; no vienas puses, ja mērķis bija panākt uzņēmumam grandiozu publicitāti, tad tas noteikti ir izdevies un &#8220;Tele2&#8243; pārstāvji var justies gandarīti. Tomēr, dzirdot medijos nonākušo informāciju par &#8220;trako&#8221; ieceri, mani tā arī nesasniedza pamatojums &#8211; kāpēc tad īsti meteorīts? Uz kādām pārdomām, asociācijām vai secinājumiem tam būtu mani (un visu sabiedrību) jāvedina? Doma par to, ka tādējādi mēs varējām mazliet izvēdināt galvu, ir jauka, taču gribētos, lai pēc notikuma &#8220;atmaskošanas&#8221; tam būtu dziļāka jēga, kāds saturīgāks pamatojums &#8211; sasaiste ar uzņēmumu vai nozīme sociālā, ekonomiskā vai globālā kontekstā. Prieks, ka varam būt radoši, bet šādai rīcībai, manuprāt, nekavējoties nepieciešams &#8220;pildījums&#8221;. Nojaušu, ka &#8220;Tele2&#8243; vēl turpinās šo kampaņu, taču tik skaļam notikumam skaidrojums bija jāsniedz tūlīt &#8211; citādi efekts strauji zūd.</p>
<p>Un, godīgi sakot, man nedaudz žēl vīlušos ģeologus un citus speciālistus, kuri uz meteorītu lika lielas cerības. &#8220;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ford will launch the latest <em>Fiesta</em> in the US next year, and has put interactive media at the heart of its strategy to increase awareness of the new model prior to its formal introduction.</p>
<p>In April, the auto giant gave 100 influential bloggers a Fiesta to drive for six months, with the sole requirement that they add a new video to <em>YouTube</em>, the video-sharing portal, each month offering their honest opinions regarding the car.</p>
<p>Similarly, it has encouraged this group to openly discuss their views on social networks like Facebook and Twitter, as it seeks to generate a “buzz” before the vehicle goes on sale in early 2010.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="font-size: 13px;">Sir Martin Sorrell (WPP Group): “We know that consumers spend 20 per cent of their time online – we also know that our clients only spend 12-13 per cent of their budget worldwide online, that’s a disconnect that has to be eradicated,” says Sorrell, speaking recently at an American Chamber of Commerce luncheon in Singapore. “And in our view, it will be eradicated, let’s say, over the next five years or so.”</p>
<p style="font-size: 13px;">Furthermore, surveys have found that client companies prize, above all, insights about consumers, which in turn drive the value of quantitatively-measurable products and services.  </p>
<p style="font-size: 13px;">For these reasons, Sorrell says he wants quantitative businesses (such as direct marketing, digital and interactive media, and consumer insight) to make up at least half of future revenues. </p>
